The Portal
Two fall retreats offered for those in the midst of significant change
The Portal is a two-day, two-night in-person workshop for people navigating a significant life transition — professional or personal. Leaving or beginning a role. Exiting a company. Questioning a long-held identity.
It’s not an executive coaching retreat, and it’s not for people simply collecting new experiences. It’s a carefully held container for people ready to look honestly at where they are, what they’re leaving behind, what’s emerging, and how to move forward with clarity and integrity.
The arc is deliberate. First we slow down and look inward to understand what’s shaping the transition beneath the surface. Then we turn that clarity toward the real decisions, conversations, and next moves waiting to be made. Participants leave with a clearer forward path and a practical 30–90 day plan.
Each cohort is intentionally small — roughly 12–26 people — to allow for real conversation and meaningful peer reflection.
